Order Return policy

All sales are final when an order is completed online or with our sales representative.

In case product defects, please contact our customer service representative and report the problem with the product. Once the problem is verified, a return authorization will be issued to send the products back for replacement.

All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a copy of Return Authorization Form (RMA). Products returned must be in the original packaging without damage and prepaid shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable.
